The Facility Manager role involves overseeing the day to day delivery of all operational and strategic initiatives for this >100 resident facility. You will be responsible for coordinating staff, managing sales and marketing, budgets, risk managment and ensuring compliance with aged care standards.
Essential criteria
- Proven aged care management experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid understanding of aged care legislation
- Be able to lead a team and foster a positive work environment
- Budget management experience
