An exciting and unique opportunity for a robust and influential Branch Manager for our highly regarded Retail Banking Team. You will be the key interface between NAB and our valued customers. This role will be highly visible within the local community.
Pivotal to the role will be your total management of the Branch through the coaching of staff, active representation of NAB in the local community, liaising with customers, identifying referral opportunities for the branch, monitoring accounts, and undertaking the sales and service related requirements for a mixed portfolio of clients.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, confident and able to tackle challenges with enthusiasm and experience. You will have a proven record of sales and results, managing profit and loss and possess the ability to motivate your team to work at the peak of their performance standards. Previous experience in a similar position, along with exceptional leadership and strong relationship management will be highly regarded.
