A fabulous opportunity is now available for an experienced RN with aged care and leadership experience to move into this Care Manager position overseeing the staff at this resort like facility.
Located in Tweed Heads, a stone's throw away from all the action of the Gold Coast, this one of a kind site offers beautifully landscaped gardens, recreational amenities for residents and caters for high/low care beds, dementia specific and has onsite respite care facilities.
As Care Manager you will be proactive and passionate about aged care with proven experience in leading/ mentoring clinical staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Clinical staff management
- Accreditation and compliance
- Complete resident care
- Commitment to team work and the team environment
About you:
- Current RN AHPRA registration
- Proven previous leadership/mentoring experience
- Sensational communication skills both written and verbal
- ACFI knowledge
