Food & Beverage Attendants

With over 15 individually branded restaurants & bars across the resort we offer both our guests and employees an enviable collection of world class dining options so it’s no wonder our guests are often spoilt for choice. Food and beverage is available both indoors and alfresco, from restaurants or cafes. Fine dining and cocktails are available at the premium 5 star Sails in the Desert Hotel while a more rural Australian experience can be found attached to the Outback Pioneer Hotel and Lodge. The award winning ‘Sounds of Silence’ transports guests to a unique location to view spectacular Uluru and Kata Tjuta then dine under a canopy of stars. These are just a few of the options available at Voyages Ayers Rock Resort.
Attendants are required at a number of our food and beverage outlets therefore we encourage applicants from a variety of food and beverage backgrounds. We will match your skills and experience to one of our positions.
To be considered for one of our positions you will:
- Have previous Food and Beverage experience – restaurant, bar, café or 5 star fine dining
- Have good communication skills
- Be able to serve our guests from all over the world in a friendly and efficient manner
- Be able to work well in a team
- Have a neat and tidy appearance
- Be able to comply with Occupational Health & Safety Standards
Working holiday visa applicants must be able to commit to a 6 month fixed term contract. Prior experience living in a remote area would be an advantage but not essential.
